The questions you're probably already asking.

You don’t have to. The proposal sits on the shelf until you’re ready. That said — the math works the other way too. ~10 hours a week back is ~10 more hours of calls. The session shortens the runway between now and the revenue, it doesn’t compete with it.

Yes. The migration is structured — projects, prompts, and working context move into Claude in a clean, organized way. You won’t lose the work you’ve already done; you’ll be able to find it faster.

That’s exactly what Phase 2 is for. Implementation is the build; Training is the walkthrough at your pace, with your words, on your screen. Plus a reference doc and a Loom of the build to come back to.

A Claude account (we’ll set it up if not), your Gmail, your GHL login, and 2 hours where you can stay at your desk. That’s it.

Those are separate — already in motion under the existing engagement. This proposal is only the AI Foundation. One service, one outcome, two payments. We don’t mix them.

Yes — that’s the “bit by bit” path. Phase 2 leaves you with the framework to add the next workflow yourself, and we can scope a follow-on engagement when you’re ready. Not in this proposal.
